These Terms and Conditions explain how orders, payments, and general use of this website work.
By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About me
This website is run by Nino van der Stoop, an independent artist based in Haarlem, the Netherlands.

2. Products
I currently offer vinyl records, and may occasionally release other creative products like books, digital downloads, or merch.
All items are described as accurately as possible, but small differences in color, packaging, or design may occur — that’s part of the charm of small-scale, independent releases.
3. Orders and payments
When you place an order through this website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
Orders are processed once payment is successfully received.
Payments are securely handled through trusted third parties such as PayPal, credit card, and (in some cases) iDEAL.
Your financial information is never stored on my website.
If you wish to cancel an order before it ships, simply email me at [email protected] — I’ll issue a full refund if the order hasn’t yet been sent.
4. Shipping
I currently ship worldwide, with rates calculated at checkout.
All items are carefully packaged to arrive safely.
Delivery times vary depending on your location — I’ll always do my best to get your order to you quickly.
I’m not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
5. Returns and refunds

In short:
- You can cancel an order before it ships for a full refund.
- You can return a sealed vinyl record within 14 days of delivery under EU consumer law.
- Opened or unsealed vinyls, digital downloads, and gift cards can’t be returned or refunded.
- If your item arrives damaged, I’ll happily send a replacement for free.
6. Prices and taxes
All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.
Buyers outside the EU are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes charged by their country.
Prices may change over time, but confirmed orders will always honor the price you paid at checkout.
7. Intellectual property
All content on ninovdstoop.com, including music, text, artwork, photos, and design, is the property of Nino van der Stoop unless otherwise stated.
You’re welcome to share links or excerpts for personal or promotional use (like reviews or playlists), but please don’t reproduce or sell any content without permission.
If you’d like to use my music, writing, or images in a project, please reach out — I’m always happy to discuss collaborations.
8. Limitation of liability
I always aim to provide high-quality products and services, but I can’t be held responsible for:
- Delays or failures caused by postal services or external factors
- Minor differences in product appearance
- Any indirect or consequential losses
