Refund and Returns Policy

Hello friend, thanks so much for supporting my music!
Each vinyl record is packed with care, and every order really means a lot.

If you change your mind before the order has shipped, just send me an email at [email protected] — I’ll happily cancel it and issue a full refund.

If your record arrives damaged during shipping, don’t worry — I’ll make it right. Email me within 14 days of receiving it, include your order number and a few photos of the damage, and I’ll send you a replacement copy for free.

I’m a small independent artist, so if you can avoid returning an item unless it’s really necessary, I’d truly appreciate it — but of course, you’re always entitled to your legal rights.

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it’s still sealed and in its original condition.
Once a vinyl record has been opened or unsealed, it can no longer be returned or refunded.

Please note that digital downloads (such as music files or digital albums) and gift cards are non-refundable, as these items are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once received.

I can’t replace items that get damaged after delivery, but I’ll always do my best to make sure you have a great experience.
